Market Artisans in Rural Areas

I am a small business involved in helping microenterprise development in rural, colonias. We call this service a "Promotora" or promoter. I have some artisans that meet weekly to sew. They want to form a company to pool funds for booth fees, office space, equipment, etc. However, they want to keep the money they make from their sales and report independently.
I have researched, cooperatives, joint ventures, LLC, partnerships, corporations and for one reason or another they don't fit their wants.
Does anyone know any joint ventures formed by individuals or any other business format that would allow them the freedom to keep their sales money, pay membership, purchase own supplies?
